Meal prep has really helped me pay attention to what I eat! Here’s how it works:

  • Planning Ahead: When I prepare meals in advance, I can add lots of colorful veggies, fruits, and whole grains. These foods are full of important vitamins and minerals.

  • Balanced Choices: I can easily mix different recipes to make sure I'm getting the nutrients I need. For example, I get vitamin D from some foods and magnesium from leafy greens.

  • Portion Control: With my meals portioned out, I’m less likely to grab quick snacks that usually don’t have those important nutrients.
