For example, giving a thumbs-up might feel positive in one culture, but in another, it could be seen as rude. Being aware of these differences helps us dodge awkward situations.

  3. Building Relationships: When we understand cultural differences, it helps us build stronger relationships in our teams. When team members feel respected and understood, they are more open to working together and sharing ideas.
