2. Define the Problem Clearly

Next, it’s important to state the problem in a clear way. Instead of saying, “I need to be more organized,” try saying, “How can I create a system to manage my daily tasks better?” This helps you focus and makes it easier to come up with solutions.

3. Brainstorm Ideas

Now comes the fun part! Let your imagination go wild:

  • Set a timer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Write down every idea that comes to mind, even if it seems silly.
