How Can You Use the Pomodoro Technique to Maintain Laser Focus?

Using the Pomodoro Technique has really helped me stay focused. Here’s how I use it:

  1. Set a Timer: I start by setting a timer for 25 minutes. This way, the task doesn’t seem too hard.

  2. Work Hard: For those 25 minutes, I concentrate on my work and try to ignore anything that might distract me.

  3. Take a Short Break: After I finish my session, I take a quick 5-minute break to clear my head.

  4. Take a Longer Break: After doing this four times, I treat myself to a longer break of 15 to 30 minutes.

It's amazing how this method helps me stay focused and keeps distractions away!
