  4. Water Availability: Water is necessary for photosynthesis. If there’s not enough water, both photosynthesis and respiration can stop working well.

For example, on a sunny day, plants can make food quickly through photosynthesis. But during a drought, when there isn’t enough water, plants might not be able to breathe and grow as efficiently.
