How Do You Identify Key Performance Indicators for Your Online Networking?

Identifying key performance indicators, or KPIs, for your online networking can really help you see how you’re doing. Here’s how I keep track:

  1. Engagement Metrics: I pay attention to likes, comments, and shares on my posts. If my posts are getting more reactions, that means I’m doing well!

  2. Connection Growth: I also check how many new connections I make each month. This helps me know if I’m growing my network.

  3. Conversation Initiation: I keep a note of how often I start conversations. If I’m starting more talks, it shows I’m taking the lead.

All in all, keeping these KPIs in mind helps me stay focused on my goals while networking.
