  1. Look for Key Words: Focus on words like "pero" (but), "porque" (because), and "y" (and). These words show how ideas are connected.

  2. Check the First and Last Sentences: The main idea is often at the start and is repeated at the end.

  3. Identify the Characters and What They're Doing: Find out who is in the conversation and what they are talking about.

Example Dialogue:

  • "Pedro y María van al parque porque quieren jugar."

From this, we can see the main idea: Pedro and María are going to the park to play.
