How Does Mental Health Shape Our Everyday Decisions and Actions?

Mental health is really important because it affects our daily choices and actions. Here’s what I've learned about it:

  • Mood Affects Choices: When I'm feeling anxious or sad, even small decisions, like what to eat or whether to go out, can feel really hard. My mood might make me want comfort food instead of something healthy.

  • Social Interactions: If I’m having a tough time with my mental health, I might stay away from friends and family. This can hurt my relationships, and I end up missing out on fun times together.

  • Impulsivity and Planning: On good days, I like to plan things and stick to my goals. But when I’m not feeling great, I might act without thinking and skip important tasks.

In short, mental health is like a pair of glasses that changes how I see the world. It has a big impact on how I act every day.
