How Often Should You Change Your Exercises to See Progress?

Changing your workout routine often is important for making progress. Here’s how I do it:

  • Every 4-6 weeks: This time frame allows your muscles to get used to the exercises but keeps things interesting.

  • Listen to your body: If you feel stuck or bored, it’s time to change things up!

  • Mix it up: Try different types of exercises. Use some that work lots of muscles at once (compound) and some that focus on one muscle at a time (isolation) for variety.

Have fun experimenting! Discovering what works best for you is part of the journey!
