  2. Mass Matters: In basketball, if you face someone heavier, it can be harder to move them! Their weight creates more force, which is why it’s important to have good techniques to get around them.

  3. Change in Motion: When a soccer player kicks the ball, they use force to do it. The way they kick and how hard they kick decides how fast and far the ball travels.
