2. Knowing Your Strengths and Weaknesses

Self-awareness allows us to see what we’re good at and what we need to work on. I know that I often wait until the last minute, especially for tasks that seem hard. By recognizing this, I can plan short breaks and give myself a treat after a workout. This helps me manage my goals without feeling stressed.

3. Taking Responsibility
