In Mandarin, we use special phrases to talk about how often things happen. Here are some common phrases you can use:

  1. 常常 (chángcháng) - often
    For example: 我常常去公园。
    (Wǒ chángcháng qù gōngyuán.) - I often go to the park.

  2. 经常 (jīngcháng) - regularly
