Being consistent in your documents is very important! Use the same words throughout. If you call a part “Part A” in one place, don’t change it to “Component 1” in another part. This way, your readers won't get confused. If they see the same terms repeated, it helps them understand better.

3. Structure and Formatting

Having a clear structure makes your documents easier to read. A simple outline works best, which can include:

  • Introduction: Start with a brief explanation of what the document is about.
