1. Over-Planning and Waiting for Feedback

2. Ignoring User Feedback

It might seem obvious, but some teams fall in love with their designs and ignore what users say. Remember, the goal is to meet the needs of the users. Listen to their feedback and let it guide your next steps.

3. Not Having Clear Goals

Before you make changes to your design, it’s important to have clear goals. Know what you want to achieve! Without clear goals, it’s easy to get distracted or make changes that don’t really help the user experience.

4. Forgetting Other Team Members

Sometimes, designers focus only on user testing and forget about others in the team. It's crucial to include team members, developers, and even marketing people when looking at prototypes. Their different viewpoints can make your design better!
