What Decision-Making Frameworks Can You Use to Resolve Conflicts in Your Life?

When I face conflicts, I like to use a few helpful methods to make decisions:

  1. The Pros and Cons List: This is easy and works well. I write down the good and bad things about each choice. Seeing them all written out helps me understand how I feel.

  2. The Six Thinking Hats: This method helps me look at the situation in different ways. By doing this, I can understand more and feel for others better.

  3. The Decision Matrix: I make a chart to compare my options. I think about what’s most important to me, which helps me make fair choices.

These strategies have really helped me think clearly and solve conflicts in a positive way!
