What Is the Impact of Stress Management Techniques on Competitive Athletes?

Stress management techniques can really help athletes in many ways:

  • Better Focus: These techniques help athletes stay concentrated, which is important for doing well in competitions.

  • Better Performance: When athletes feel less anxious, they can perform at their best.

  • Handling Emotions: Athletes can learn to control their feelings, so they don’t panic or get frustrated when it matters most.
