What Mindfulness Techniques Can Instantly Boost Your Focus?

One way to really help me focus is through breath awareness. Here’s how I make it work:

  1. Find a cozy place: Sit or stand somewhere that feels good.
  2. Close your eyes: This lets you block out distractions.
  3. Take deep breaths: Breathe in for 4 counts, hold it for 4, then breathe out for 4. Do this a few times.

I also enjoy mindful movement. This could be stretching or taking a quick walk. It helps clear my mind and makes it easier to concentrate right away.
