  • Straps: Straps can help you stretch better without straining. For poses like Seated Forward Bend, loop a strap around your feet to help you reach more comfortably.

2. Adjust Your Pose

It's very important to keep your body aligned during yoga. If a pose feels uncomfortable, it’s okay to change it:
