Change the Story: Instead of thinking of pressure as a weight I have to carry, I look at it as a push to do better.
Create Boundaries: I’ve learned to say no to distractions and things that don’t help me reach my goals.
Keep My Eyes on the Prize: I regularly remind myself why I started and picture what it will be like when I succeed.
