  4. Use Apps or Timers: There are apps that can help guide your meditation, and timers can keep you on track. They also remind you when it’s time to meditate!

  5. Join a Group: Meditating with others can really keep you motivated. It’s also a great way to share what you’ve learned and support each other.

Remember, getting better at something takes time, so be kind to yourself!
