When I first began doing yoga, there were a few things that really helped me:
Yoga Mat: This is super important! It gives you a firm grip and keeps you comfortable while doing different poses.
Blocks: These are great for support. They help you get your body just right in each pose.
Strap: This is awesome for when you need a little extra reach. It also helps you get more flexible.
Blanket: A blanket is nice for adding some softness and warmth when you're sitting.
Using these tools made my yoga practice so much more fun and easier!
