Why Is Resilience Considered a Key Component of Overall Psychological Health?

Resilience is really important for our mental health, and here’s why:

  1. Adaptability: Resilience helps us recover from hard times and deal with changes. Life can be surprising, and being resilient helps us face challenges more easily.

  2. Emotional control: People who are resilient usually manage their feelings well. This can help lower feelings of worry and sadness.

  3. Growth mindset: Resilience encourages us to learn from our mistakes. This way, we can grow and improve ourselves.

From my own experience, building resilience has changed how I handle stress and difficulties. It makes me look at life in a more positive way.
